• Basil pesto and bocconcini arancini  – with fennel and cucumber salad

• Pan fried salmon with crushed Kipfler potatoes, wilted spinach and lemon butter sauce

• Grilled free-range chicken breast with roasted asparagus, sweet potato and jus
