• Chargrilled calamari salad – garlic, lemon and chilli marinated calamari, mixed leaves, baby capers, tomato, olives and lemon parmesan dressing

• Pan fried salmon with crushed Kipfler potatoes, wilted spinach and lemon butter sauce

• Grilled free-range chicken breast with roasted asparagus, sweet potato and jus
