Pier 41 will be opening the doors for lunch on Christmas Day, so you don’t need to cook. But you do need to book!

• Prawn Gazpacho Cocktail
• Smoked Salmon Capaccio

MAINS
• Honey Glazed Ham with cranberry glaze
• Roast Pork Belly stuffed with apricots, pistachio and served with house made apple sauce
• Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder with charred radicchio and pomegranate glaze

SIDES
• Sauteed button mushrooms, artichokes and slow-roasted tomatoes
• Roasted Cauliflower, walnuts, capers, parsley, raisins and lemon vinaigrette

DESSERTS
• Christmas pudding with candied orange and brandy custard
• Passion fruit Pavlova with Chantilly cream and fresh berries
